This is a prominent department within the firm and is headed by the Senior Partner.

Litigation requires timely, careful and proactive handling to be effective; legal merit and commercial reality must be at the forefront of any decision to proceed with litigation.

We are experienced in all aspects of litigation and are instructed in both international lawsuits as well as actions within the United Kingdom, on behalf of commercial and private clients. We will actively initiate or defend actions in the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords and undertake appeals to the Privy Council.

The expense of litigation is proverbial and wherever and whenever appropriate, we will recommend alternative dispute resolution before embarking on court action.
