At Arlingtons Sharmas we recognise the fact that we deal in a dynamic industry offering many differing services to an array of clients. With that in mind, we offer flexibility in our fee structure to best suit our cients’ circumstances:

• Time -  based on hourly fees depending on the seniority and experience of the Solicitor/ fee earner involved and the complexity, urgency and importance of the work, in which case the estimate will based on a specified number of hours of work and, where appropriate, a specified precedent fee for using our precedents. Our charges include advising you, attending to you, dealing with documents, correspondence etc.
• Fixed fee – we will deal with a matter for you on a fixed fee basis, and we will provide an estimate of the costs involved in advance.
• Contingent – fees are calculated depending on a particular result or conclusion. In such case a commitment fee is always required at the outset to demonstrate the seriousness and intent of the client
