Litigation Department

The litigation department is headed by a senior partner and services a large private national and international net worth client base providing comprehensive litigation services including trust and inheritance tax planning, probate, wills, powers of attorney, debt recovery and insolvency and contractual disputes, partnership disputes and professional disputes.

Expert employment advice is available upon contracts, directors’ service agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, maternity rights, discrimination tribunal claims, landlord and tenant issues, renewals, dilapidations and rent reviews.

Company & Commercial

The commercial department is headed by a partner and offers expertise in all areas of business law, including acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and corporate governance, intellectual property rights, general contract advice including terms of trading, outsourcing contracts, supplier and manufacturing agreements and franchises.

Commercial property is also a particular specialty, including development, leisure, retail and telecommunications property work.

Property

The property department is manned by a very experienced team of solicitors who offer a sophisticated service to clients, aided by state-of-the-art technology. All clients, whether private, business or developers, benefit from the excellent knowledge base and technologically advanced systems.

Charity

The charity department is headed by a senior consultant, who is also a consultant to NCVO, providing comprehensive services in all aspects of charity law.
